Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes due to the size of our items.

Will you tell me when my order ships?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email which will include the tracking and carrier information. You will also be able to sign up for tracking updates via SMS.

How long will it be before my order ships?

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Parcel shipments (ex: USPS, UPS and Fedex) do not usually require someone to be home to accept the delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will let you know.
